The story of twenty-nine eleven is one of hope, faith and the belief that God's plan is infinitely better than what we could ever imagine for ourselves. This is a story born of hardship but rewritten by the grace of God's love.

“For I know well the plans I have for you declares The Lord... plans to prosper you and not to harm you... plans to give you a hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

With no way of knowing how important these holy words would become to her, Sara Edwards began a new life in Pensacola, FL following the devastation that Hurricane Katrina created for not only her and her family, but for thousands of families along the Gulf Coast. A native New Orleanian, Sara's once comfortable, happy and safe life took a different course following the raging storm and the shattered pieces could only be mended and restored through God's divine providence.

Tricia Mangrum and her family had survived nature's storms with little trouble, but a different kind of storm would hit them. Both Tricia and her husband were in real estate and developing. With the downturn of the economy, Tricia felt the need to change careers. She desired to help her family while at the same time contributing positively to the community. God would open doors and guide her, not according to her plan, but to His.

After a “chance” encounter and numerous shared stories of hopes, prayers and dreams, the two teamed up and twenty-nine eleven became a reality. Their prayer is that we all may have the courage to trust in God's plan for each of us, a plan that is infinitely better than what we can ever imagine on our own....
